Once you contact us, we’ll guide you through obtaining a formal diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or another qualifying developmental disorder, if it hasn't been done already. A licensed professional, such as a pediatrician, psychologist, or neurologist, must provide this diagnosis for insurance purposes.
After the diagnosis, one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) will conduct an initial assessment to evaluate your child’s specific needs. This assessment includes caregiver interviews, direct observation, and standardized testing to create an individualized treatment plan.
Once the assessment is complete, we will submit a request to your insurance provider to obtain authorization for ABA services. We handle the process for you by:
Once authorization is in place, therapy begins! Our skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), supervised by a BCBA, will work with your child according to the treatment plan. Each session is carefully documented for progress and insurance purposes.
Insurance companies often require regular re-evaluations to continue services. Our BCBA will submit updated treatment plans and progress reports to request further authorization, ensuring your child’s therapy remains uninterrupted.
